Today a tester noticed that old cache files weren't being read if not used for a long time. This had to do with naming and dates of the cache file. This has now been fixed in v2.03. Get the update here
First time I have tried this program ver2.03 and it doesn't work for me. Using XP pro, I install it but when I try to use it a box appears momentarily on the desktop and then disappears, that's it. Tried to reinstall, still the same problem.
I've done a quick test on my XPpro build and find no issues yet. Disk space usually is the culprit of errors in this application. I assume you have enough disk space. Permissions may also be a problem.. have not tested this yet.. i will do some more testing on a clean install and keep you posted.
Maybe i should be setting up a forum too for issues like this...
i should have also said that RichMosaic is developed in XPpro. so hopefully should have a fix soon
